Return Policy

You may return most new and unopened1 items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1. Unopened package are defined as the original package in its original state upon shipment or store pick-up. Any altercation or tampering not made by Dream Tree Family Inc and The Water Tree will be categorized as opened. Dream Tree Family reserves the rights to classify wether or not a product is deemed unopened or used at the company's discretion.
